Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States and surrounding countries in North America (e.g., Canada, Mexico, and Caribbean countries).
  • International Shipping: We also ship internationally to select countries. For a list of available countries, please refer to our International Shipping Information.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
  • International Orders: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery times typically range from 7-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance times.

Please note that during holidays or special promotions, shipping times may be delayed. We will provide updates if any delays occur.

3. Order Processing & Shipment

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the following business day.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the U.S. and surrounding countries in North America (Canada, Mexico, Caribbean countries).
  • Shipping costs for international orders outside of these regions will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Please note that international shipping may incur additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@fashionelly.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at contact@fashionelly.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will assist you with the return or replacement process.

6. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. However, if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@fashionelly.com. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped.
